My current landlord uses Mr Fensome as the maintenance contact for his properties. I have only dealt with Mr Fensome personally once, but I must say that the service was exceptional. My washing machine gave up and flooded the kitchen. I contacted my landlord who contacted Steve who rang me within the hour, arranged to meet me at my flat (at my convenience) that evening. New machine was fitted, working and flood cleared by that evening. Superb.
